For manufacture we use only modern machines : eroders ROBOFIL (CHARMILLES), CNC miller MIKRON, machining centers SCHAUBLIN, HECKERT, grinders
HAUSER etcOn requirement we can cover all working surfaces with wear protection layer from CASTOLIN for long usage of our dies.
 We pay continuous attention to quality of all parts from design to finishing. Measuring is done in
thermoconstant conditions on KARL ZEISS measuring machine.
We can make parts of any design and any materials used in machine building industry.

Out major customer is OAO AVTOVAZ , the largest car manufacturing plant in Russia. We make dies and mold for different divisions, 78 dies were made
for joint company "GM-AVTOVAZ" for Chevrolet Niva.
